Triangle Choke Defense

There are three street-fighting ways to defend against this technique when your caught in it and the first is to bite the thigh because your head will be stuck between his legs.  The second defense is punches to the groin a lot of people when caught in it get their head and one arm stuck but you still have one free hand.  The third is to throw some hard knees and combine them with hard punches.  The greatest defense, i learned from Bruce Lee is to be aware to avoid being harmed in the first place.

Focus Mitt Accuracy

Focus-mitts are perfect for speed and also accuracy but because of their small size and how you use them theirs only a few techniques that you can use. The techniques that, I recommend are all punches, elbow strikes, and knees. When it comes to kicks the best you can use are the roundhouse and toe-kick but with more speed than power to avoid hurting that person holding them.

Groin Kick Technique

The first thing is stick your hip forward then lift your knee up then the rest of the leg comes up with a quick snap.  This technique should be practiced on partners who have different height.  

My Punching Bag

The first thing your going to need is a few plastic bags put them all in one with the hoops sticking out.  You need two shoe strings tie those together and leave the other ends free.  Stuff the bags with some old cloths or towels.  All you need now is somewhere to hang it maybe the closet.

Take a Bite out of Crime

Whatever position your in where you can't hit your opponent but you can reach them with your teeth just bite them. When your training you want to practice countering attacks that your opponent would do after you bite. An example would be if you were on one knee in a rear-choke you want to bite the closest part of the arm.

Artificial Attack

If their is anything light with weight on it like a piece of wood from a chair or a rock something that you think can hurt an attacker pick it up and use it if you feel it's necessary.   

Trap arms

If your arms are being held behind you and the person holding you is close you can headbutt backwards and kick back to the legs while trying to get loose.  If your arms are tied together and you have to fight the only things you can do are kick the legs with straight-kicks, sidekicks and also kick to the groin while bobbing, weaving and using footwork.  If only your hands are tied than you can swing left, right and do upward and hammering strikes with your fists.  Now don't forget to block your head with your forearms.
